When You Must Prove This Existed

This page exists for moments when assertion is no longer sufficient.
If you are here, something is already contested.

Scenario 1 — Legal Dispute

You must demonstrate that a digital artifact, dataset, document, or bundle of evidence existed in a specific state at a specific time.

Assertions, logs, and internal timestamps are no longer accepted.

VERIFRAX output:

If this certificate holds, the claim holds.
If it does not, the claim collapses.

Scenario 2 — Compliance / Audit Pressure

You are required to prove that a verification, process, or check was executed exactly as declared, without post-hoc modification.

Internal systems, screenshots, and attestations are insufficient.

VERIFRAX output:

There is no remediation path.
There is no reinterpretation.

Scenario 3 — Founder / Priority Dispute

You must prove that:

existed before another party's action.

Narratives and timestamps are challenged.

VERIFRAX output:

No explanation is embedded in the certificate.
Only proof.

What VERIFRAX Produces
